2015 Audiobook Challenge Third Update
It is time for that third check-in of the year. I hope everyone is having a great time with this challenge. I know that I am. The number of audiobooks I listen to grows every year. I’m glad to hear about more and more of my book friends learning to love the joy of audiobooks as well. I love hearing that I’ve converted someone else into becoming a audio junkie. Hehehe.
I’m doing great so far this year. I’m at a total of 68 in all. I’ve listened to some shorter books with one at less than 2 and a half hours long. I’ve also picked up a few longer ones at 19 plus hours long. I’ve picked up a new author based on the narrator that I loved.
I’m finding myself listening more and more as I have less and less time to read. I love that some indie authors are starting to get audiobooks. Audible is really stepping up how many they are making as well. I remember when only NYT Bestsellers had audiobooks, so I love how much this segment continues to grow.
I can’t wait to see how everyone else is doing on their challenges and see if I missed any reviews that were posted this quarter. Maybe I’ll find some new books to add to my ever growing audio TBR list. Keep listening.
I had only one relisten this quarter, The Martian. I’m so excited to see this movie when it comes out.
